I am  highly motivated and hardworking individual with 5 years and 3 months experience of being a software technical support associate. I was working as a Microsoft Sales/Technical support representative. I was a Microsoft Windows OS technical support associate for 2 years. Supporting and troubleshooting Windows Operating System from Windows 7 to Windows 10 platforms. I also had an experience working and troubleshooting Microsoft Office Products from Microsoft Office 2007 to Microsoft Office 365 as a Microsoft Office Generalist for 3 years and 3 months. I also had a first-hand experience as a travel counselor under American Express Global Business Travel. We cater business travelers by booking, canceling, and changing their flights, limo, hotel and rail reservations. I was a help desk manager/Virtual Assistant/Social Media Manager/Appointment Setter/ and Real Estate agent from my previous client.
Highly skilled at relationship building with clients, customers, and across organizations and teams; exceptional writing, presenting, and interpersonal communication skills. Adept at assessing needs, generating options, and
implementing solutions in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
