I experienced working in a call center for 2 years and six months at Teletech, our client was T-Mobile U.S and I was a customer service rep. we cater billing problems, troubleshooting, processing a payment, etc.. I am very patient when it comes to work, I can do multitasking, have determination to work, computer literate, loyal to the company and professionally well-mannered. I have had encountered a lot of call types with dealing customer's
issues and with an irate customer. I've also been trained to transition the call into sales after resolving the clients issue by which to
create an elevator speech and how to close a sale. I had experience working at home as
an online tutor. I want a long-term stable job to to where my career would grow together with your company/business and also to support my family's needs. Rest assured you will not regret to have
