I’m working as a Customer Service Representative for 5 years and thanks to this, I gained vast experience in Customer Support field. I’m able to handle multiple and complex issues either via chat, on the phone or using ticket system.
Mainly I’ve worked in ecommerce area, being a Customer Support Agent on 3 different online retailers. Therefore I’m well familiar with most types of inquiries/requests which can appear in this domain. However taking into consideration long period of working in field, I can assure you that I can adapt to any type of customer support area.
