Profile Description

I worked in the Marketing department of a developer/real estate company for 7 years. The company's initial project was a shopping center. I handled the tenants' account, from contracts to rental payments, and sometimes even accommodated the employer-employee problems of the tenants and their staff. When the company developed a residential tower, I was assigned to handle the documents needed for the pre-selling of the project. I also coordinated with the suppliers of the marketing tools for the project. When the residential project was finished, I coordinated with the condominium corporation for the turning-over of the keys and turnover kit. I also prepared the documents needed for the transferring the Title under the buyer's name.
