I have years of experience acquired in the BPO industry, mostly in customer service and sales (inbound/outbound).
The years I have spent in the industry has helped me develop skills to enable me to better assist and understand the needs of my clients. I have experience in handling customer concerns via call, chat and email. This has allowed me to hone my communication skills further delivering professional responses to our Upgrade to see actual info Sales, I have experience in both fields, inbound and outbound. These experiences has taught me how important it is for us, agents, to know and understand our products fully as I believe that our clients will only buy something if they have understood the benefits they will get from the products we offer and how it could change their lives for the better.
I am patient and I have the willingness to learn and try new things.
