I have been working in the call center industry for atleast 4 years now. The most recent job that I had was with Microsoft. There I was able to provide technical support for their gaming consoles such as Xbox arcade, Xbox 360 and Xbox one. I was initially hired as an inbound level 2 technical support analyst and was later on transferred as one of the pioneering in level 2 technical analyst in chat support team. I assisted customers with both hardware and software issues such as not being able to read game disc, obvious physical damage to the console up to updating errors and even network related concerns are one of my responsibillities.
I was also with Qualfone Philippines inc. catering phone services for tracfone, net10 and straight talk mobile network. I assisted customers in activating their mobile phones and troubleshoot with them in case it fails. I was then promoted into a much higher department wherein we are given the privilege to call or email the customers concerning their mobile coverage.
My special skills are effective troubleshooting (provided with the knowledge given for the specific project) good call handling (wherein I get to keep the conversation running smooth while the issue is still at hand), I'm very good at rapport since I'm a friendly guy therefore, making a very good professional relation to the customer and building trust in the process is easily done.
