Profile Description

As a Recruitment Account Manager, I handle account and close week on week targets, conduct end-to-end recruiting process from initial interview, behavioural interview, administration of program specific test; endorsing to operations interview and extending job offers. I also calibrate regularly with hiring managers, do candidate profiling and man onsite events. On top of that I am responsible for pre-employment programs for our candidate leads who needs prior training for language.
