I have great patience in teaching English for personal and professional growth which covers basic English lessons, improving conversation skills, TOEIC lessons and grammar lessons as well. I've also done some proofreading & editing work and made food/restaurant/toy/gadgets/electronics reviews on my personal blog before. I'm also an amateur photographer [hobbyist] and enjoy taking pictures of landscape, travel, macro, food, black & white, cars and toys. I enjoy editing pictures using Photoscape [primary editing software] and Photoshop [still novice level]. I also have 5 years of experience as a Customer Service/Sales Quality Analyst in the BPO sector handling Customer Service & Sales and more than a year's worth of experience supervising a team of experts. I've also worked as a Customer Service Administrator for an online e-commerce company. I'm professional in my work and require minimum supervision. I am results oriented.
