Claims – assist customers in filing a claim due to unauthorized and non-fraud checking account and debit card
Upgrade to see actual inford Closure – assist customers in closing
their debit card if it’s counterfeited, lost or stolen.
Previous Line of Business (LOB) – Financial Services
Retention – inform customers to keep their membership open and active by providing the features and the benefits of their membership and what they can get out of it.
Customer Service – assist customers in unlocking their account and in sending them the same username and
a temporary password
Billing Inquiries – answer customer’s questions as to why they were charged (monthly membership fee)

Email Support – respond to customer’s email about cancelling their membership and advised them to call customer service if it’s already beyond our scope. (Templates Provided)
