I started working in the BPO industry since 2007 dealing in several fields, including customer service, finance, reservations and data entry. I was responsible for providing quality and efficient customer service to customers through the daily management of a team of up to 22 employees which includes motivating, recognizing and rewarding, coaching, counseling, training and problem-solving. Additionally, responsible for assisting manager with development, analyses and implementation of staffing, training, scheduling, and reward/recognition programs.
These experiences helped me developed a wide knowledge in handling and managing people and providing a world class customer service. I have also acquired and enhanced administrative/office skills by doing administrative work during my tenure with the management team of my previous company.
I've done quite a bit of article writing and/or content curation. I'm knowledgeable in Wordpress. I have worked on a lot of different websites, both in building them and managing content for them. I can work under minimum supervision and I can manage people well.
