Provide necessary assistance in requirement completion. 

Real Estate Client Care Specialist 
Overseeing Build ProgressEnsure that invoices for each build stage are updated and paid by the lender. 
Ensure that the property owner receives timely updates on the progress of the build.
Ensure that the property receives inspection before turnover. 
Ensure that properties have insurance and tax depreciation.

During my tenure as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant, my responsibilities included:
Client communications through email and phone. 
Property valuations. 
Rent review preparations. 
Ensuring the availability of essential financial documents like bank guarantees, bonds, and Certificates of Currency. 
Invoice generation, including the dispatch of tenant arrears notices, outgoings statements, and lock-out notifications. 
Coordinating and overseeing repair and maintenance tasks.
