I am skilled in Customer Service. I have a keen eye for paying extreme attention to details and a mission in life to help as much people as I can. I am very open to feedback as I am eager and willing to learn and educate myself and improve my credible skills. I have 3+ years of experience in Customer Service for international companies, which just happen to be for a startup and an enterprise. I have also been working from home and as a freelancer since the start of 2020. My recent experience working as a Customer Service Supervisor would be the best set of skills and knowledge I can apply for this job. Moving forward, I am looking to expand my skillset, mindset, and perspective. I am very excited to start my career anew while fueling and igniting my passion for helping people with you! I have Supervisory experience for my previous Customer Service company/team and handled consumers, riders and merchant through phone, chat and email for Uber USA and Canada. I was able to excel and exceed industry standard metrics and KPI's by being one of the top performers during my time as a Support Agent.
