Profile Description

I've been with customer service for more than 4 years and I have experience specifically assisting partners over Virtual Interaction under Uber Technologies, Inc along APAC, which we offer a number of services such as ride-hailing, and food delivery.
I usually review, number of documents and its authenticity before activating our partner on the platform under Service Quality, Risk, and Compliance, I have experience answering queries related to payments, incentives, and signing up process through Inbound phone Upgrade to see actual info the past, I have also experienced working in an E-commerce company such as eBay, We assist the seller and buyer partner through signing up process, listing product, and posting product on their account also we support payments and return processes and cancelation queries.
