Profile Description

I recently took a course to learn the ropes of this profession. I quickly learned the importance of customer service and the need to be organized in order to efficiently and effectively manage drivers, routes, and deliveries. I was able to apply and build on the knowledge I gained from the course to create and monitor schedules, assign and track deliveries, and monitor progress. I have also become adept at problem-solving to ensure I can anticipate and quickly address any issues that may arise. My experience has been invaluable and I am confident that I can successfully manage any operation.
