Profile Description

I am Motivated, high energy person willing to learn, posses strong communication skills, adapt to changing needs and proven ability to develop rapport with others.
Ability to individualize instruction based on company’s interest and needs.
I am a graduate of Junior Secretarial Course, and during my OJT (on Job Training) i was given an award as an Outstanding OJT at PHILLPHOS (Philippine Phosphate Fertilizer). I worked as Receptionist and it is my responsibility to assets customer for Cell phone loading and cell phone problems, on how I can help them with their problems especially if it is new one, assist/attending customer if they need me in their internet chatting, Encoding is my first responsibility, responsible to scan some document of our customer, responsible to encode all
reports
to be recorded, responsible for keeping all the documents and reporting it to my supervisor. I also worked as a Telephone Operator my responsibility is to
answering and receiving calls, sending outgoing fax and receiving fax and calls, and assisting clients.
As a data encoder it is my responsibility to complete all the forms and edits current information of our worker and clients. Before typhoon Yolanda hit Leyte I owne an inter cafe, cellphone accessories and cell phone loads up to the present.
