I have a total of ten-years of professional experience both in the finance, administrative and accounting work and these includes:
- Handling full set account.
- Prepares payments by accruing expenses, assigning account numbers, make vouchers for disbursements.
- Accounts Receivable and Collection monitoring.
- Processing of proper documentation of company’s Accounts Payables.
- Preparing monthly and quarterly submission of Tax returns, monthly Bank Reconciliation.
- Ad-hoc accounts/Admin Duties; Organize company files and registration.
With regards for the technical skills, I have an extensive experience using the SAP accounting system. As of the moment, I am currently engaging into QuickBooks to enhance my knowledge.
I am self-sufficient, independent, effective at multi-tasking. I can get along and have harmonious relationship with co-workers easily. I am detail-oriented, efficient and organized professional. Also, highly trustworthy, discreet and ethical and have experienced working with different nationalities and cultures.
