Profile Description

Been in the BPO industry for more than 15 years and I've been part of different teams that caters data entry and analysis, insurance and brokerage processing, email reviews and quality assurance.

My current role as Process Associate contains the following:
- Performs Regulatory Compliance Audit by reviewing, analyzing and categorizing issues on electronic securities-related emails sent by and received by Financial and Investment Advisors to satisfy all requirements set forth by FINRA, SEC, and the FRCP amendments.
- Provides Compliance Systems Support by monitoring electronic journals to ensure that no breaks in the archiving process of emails will occur and prepare required daily email journaling reports.

Acted as Subject Matter Expert on the current team I am included and perform these tasks:
- Prepares weekly and monthly Service Level Agreement Report, Time Report, Volume Trend Summary, Man-hour and Production Report and Master Schedule for submission to the manager and off-shore process owners.
- Proactively identifies enhancements to current operating procedures to improve efficiency.
- Training newly hired teaUpgrade to see actual infombers
- Assists Team Leader when ever she needs help on the admin tasks she is performing
