Property Manager:
- Knowledge of property management principles, including tenant relations, leasing, maintenance, and budgeting

-Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations, such as fair housing laws and landlord-tenant laws
-Ability to negotiate leases, resolve conflicts, and enforce rental agreements

Social Media Manager:
-Understanding of social media platforms and their respective algorithms
-Ability to create engaging content that aligns with the brand's voice and target audience
-Knowledge of analytics tools to track engagement, measure success, and make data-driven decisionsExcellent writing and copywriting skills for creating captions, posts, and ads
-Ability to design and create visual content using graphic design software
-Understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, PPC, and email marketing
