Customer Service: I help customers with their complaints/queries, give customers information about products and services, take orders, or process returns. Provides product service information and resolves product service problems. 

I also have knowledge in Social Media Management help clients in their organizations capitalize on the surging popularity of social media platforms by creating and overseeing engagement and some basic graphic designs. 

Virtual Assistant: I've been a virtual assistant for a year and a half now, I have experience doing cold calling, I also have experience being a VA for a mortgage company. I have experience in graphic design and social media management. I also do have some experience in bookkeeping in my small business and some admin tasks.
