Hi, I'm
In a nutshell, I am an all-around client success manager that specializes in helping businesses thrive online through customer service.
Having studied at the University of the Philippines, Diliman as an English literature major, I have always excelled and enjoyed writing. As a direct result, I have contributed to a number of businesses by creating
I am also very knowledgeable in some of the most widely regarded e-commerce platforms, CRMs, and productivity tools today, such as Shopify, Freshdesk, Gorgias,
I am an extroverted, and positive individual with an excellent grasp of the English language, and I am proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in said language. That being said, my research and communication skills, patience, and attention to detail have helped me learn different platforms with ease, and become a successful trainer and administrative member of the organizations I choose to join.
In addition to this, I am able to present and communicate my work and ideas with the help of technological tools, such as MS Word, Powerpoint Excel, and Outlook.
Design-wise, I have a working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
Finally, I am proactive, able to think critically, manage my time well, and possess the ability to work well in teams or alone.
I have worked as an all-around assistant to a CEO of a customer service provider for eight months. I communicated with and supported his employees and clients on a daily basis, amongst other spontaneous tasks throughout the day such as graphic design, copywriting, proofreading, quality analysis, conducting interviews, social media moderation, etc.
English is my first language. I read, write, communicate, and think in it. Being a voracious reader, I have developed a voluminous vocabulary and my writing skills continue to evolve and improve with each book I pick up. As a literature major, I am able to not only understand complex thoughts in English, but effectively critique, break down, and even teach the language.
I have proofread for and supported a team of marketing assistants earlier this year, and have extensive experience creating email templates and SOPs for many e-commerce businesses. I have also written numerous research and critical papers as a literature major and have experience in writing position papers, comparative papers, annotated bibliographies, etc. I have been required to create blogs, write persuasive material, create technical papers, and the like for my courses. I have also made a number of informative, persuasive, and call-to-action posts to market the various organizations I am in. I have also received an Advanced Writing certificate from the University of California, Irvine via Coursera.
I have basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Canva and have used it to create product listings for some Shopify businesses as well as some infographics for the various university organizations I've been a part of.
Having worked in customer service for over a year, I have climbed up (and therefore experienced) the ranks of the industry, ranging from agent all the way to client success manager. I have been at the forefront of incoming tickets, and also know how to utilize those tickets and come up with fresh insights to improve online businesses and their customer service in general. I also know how to fight chargebacks, handle high-risk orders, handle disputes, and essentially learn on the go as e-commerce continues to grow and develop. As an agent, I was the top performer of my batch and consistently had good average hold times and customer reviews. I am able to work well in teams, and I am very self-sufficient and quick to adapt once hired.
