I am new to freelancing BUT I am an expert in BPO operations with over 10years of experience in the relevant field. I have managed the operations and client services of a non-voice project in a start-up company including recruitment, client services, training, process improvement, and project launching for their voice support on estate agents and logistics services. 
My career started as a Quality Analyst for a US-based Telco Billing and Sales Account for eight months then was promoted as an Operations Supervisor. In operations,  I handled upskilled agents with a technical background and lead the team to the top for a year. After serving as a Supervisor for 3 years, I was given an opportunity to become an Apprentice in which I assisted the Operations Manager and handled the PIP program.
