I have 4 years experience as an Administrative Assistant in a catering company. I've been in-charge of assisting customers regarding their bookings and schedules for their catering events. In-charge of doing Statement of Accounts, Bookkeeping , issuing checks, collecting payments and other cash transactions. Doing inventory and making sure that all foods and set-ups needed for the events are complete until it reaches to the events place. Sometime I also do the Food Attendant Task .
I've been working with different clients who are speaking English and as per my previous job in a fast food restaurant, some of our customers are foreign people.
