Profile Description

I have an extensive work experience in the customer service industry, particularly with BPOs and global banks. I have served both as front liner and back office assistant, which allowed me to eventually become an operations supervisor. I have excellent call handling skills when on the phone. At the same time, I have created and generated reports using MS Excel and MS Doc. I speak fluent and excellent english, and I am able to express my thoughts efficiently through writing. Having worked for banks, I know how to properly research for data as well as analyze and encode them. More often than not, my compulsion for organizing information has helped my former superiors understand my reports without much explanation. From a back-office analyst to a supervisor, I have had to communicate to other departments and clients via email.
