Profile Description

• Complete basic to high level complexity tax returns and financial statements (Company, Trusts and Partnership)• Prepare Group Tax Summary•Prepare and enter adjusting journal entries (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks and Reckon)•End-to-end process of Bookkeeping and tax using the QuickBooks online and Xero•Managing the General Ledger including the reconciliation of the monthly balance sheet items, banking and inter-company transactions•Maintaining monthly bookkeeping for BAS preparation•Completion of monthly accruals, journals, fixed assets and depreciation schedules•Complete basic to high level complexity GST, BAS and IAS•Devise tax strategies to defer or eliminate tax payments•Setting-up payroll to Xero Software and lodged Payroll tax and STP (Including pay runs(monthly, weekly or fortnightly) •Prepare monthly invoices thru Xero and APS•Preparing budget forecasts•Mentoring and assistance to other Business Advisory staff•Xero Certified•QuickBooks Online Certified • Div7a Loans• Payroll Preparation•Attend to client queries and adhoc requests, as needed
