Profile Description

As a sales manager, I am in charge with all administrative matters and monitoring sales on a monthly basis. I make sure that I am establishing sales objectives by forecasting annual sales quotas for every Sales staff and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products. I am also monitoring each staff progress and areas for improvement and conducting monthly meetings and personal coaching. I maintain sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand. Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
