Profile Description

I am a Sales Expert for 7 years and also a customer service representative for 14 years now. I have dialed as a sales representative for various telecommunication services in the US and satellite/tv providers.
I recently worked full time as an Online Store Support in one of the major editing companies in the US where we handle web store, digital and physical goods and we tend to address customer's questions thru Chat/Email. 

I also worked as a Virtual Assistant for two years where I played a crucial role in managing various tasks, enabling our operations to run smoothly including but not limited to, handling emails, scheduling appointments, conducting research, managing calendars, handling data entry, coordinating travel arrangements, and assisting with general administrative duties. I have a strong communication skills, attention to detail, time management, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
