As a customer service associate for 7 years, I've learned a lot of office work and how to cater my customer's needs with Upgrade to see actual infocuring the packages and remittances as well as insurances the customer avails in the company. Making them feel that everything will be fine and all their expectations will be Upgrade to see actual infoom face to face transaction up to phone calls and emails, a customer service associate should have the emphaty,politeness, and patience to all kinds of customer. Daily sales report and details to be encoded on excel sheets daily should be done accurately.   That's what I've learned in this job. ---And shifting to teaching career after have made me more productive, more patient, flexible, and understanding. Lots of paper works to do, from microsoft word, excel, up to powerpoint creation to meet my students needs as well as parents.
