Profile Description

To build a wonderful working relationship to my clients is my main objective.
I'm looking for a part time or full time job which can maximize my skills while at home and aiming to learn new skills.
I am an experienced Quality Assurance in a BPO company and Microsoft Excel is one of my expertise. Email Handling is also the part of my task.
I was also a Customer service Representative before. And working as a CSR gave me an avenue to excel in the following areas: Data Entry, Web Research and account reconciliation.
I am also well versed in using Microsoft Powerpoint, Word, Outlook and have a strong multi-tasking and analytic skills. I have a very good attention to details and have the competence to finish a job fast with quality in order to exceed my client's expectations.
