I worked in Dubai for 3 years from 2006 till 2009 as an Administrative Assistant for 6 months and then promoted as Media Assistant in an advertising agency which cater for print, tv/radio advertisements and PR work for clients. My main task was to monitor advertisement campaigns for our client in print i.e., newspaper and magazine media campaigns. I prepare reports to be submitted to our client in a weekly/monthly basis as per schedule campaign or as required by the clients. I assist in media planning functions as per required by our Media Manager. I also prepare all voucher copies, release orders and invoices in coordination with the Accounts department and compile the same for record purposes. And I answers all telephone calls/faxes/emails from media representative gathering any information required and referring them to the Media Manager as my administrative function.
With almost 8 years of work experience in the office, had worked in various job designation, supervised and worked with different nationalities groomed me to work professionally and diligently.
