Profile Description

The following are the areas / responsibilities that I handled:
• Scheduling and Calendar management (Meetings, appointment, and flights)
• Expense reporting and Online research
• CRM management/Data entry
• Subscription and Social Media management
• Timekeeping and Payroll concerns as well as Benefits and Compensations such as medical needs (HMO).
• Conducting Job Satisfaction Survey, Performance Appraisal, Training Needs Analysis by liaising with managers and interviewing employees at all levels to identify and assess training and development needs
.• Conducting and overseeing the training of individuals or groups of employees and producing their Training Effectiveness Report.• Designing and assessing training programs aligned on the company’s vision and Human Resources’ mission.
• Supervise all Employee Relation concerns such as company events (Valentine’s Day, Christmas Party & etc.)• Creating Notice to Explain Memoranda, administering Notice of Disciplinary Actions / Suspensions, Administrative Hearing and Handling Dismissal Cases.
