Profile Description

My work experience includes being a college instructor and with that I've been doing a lot of research to integrate to the subjects that I was handling to make sure that my lessons are always updated and that they keep up with what is trending in the industry nowadays to make sure that my students are job-ready.
I've also tried being a Technical Support Representative giving aid to internet issues of ADSL costumers. Researching is a vital part of the job for you need to get acquainted with the development of the technology being used both by our employer and our costumer.
Currently I am a Desktop Support Engineer and I assist users with their concerns regarding their computer, may it be hardware or software, as well as their network. With this, I find myself researching on solutions of new issues that have or will arise in the workplace.
