Profile Description

          I am Accounting Assistant/ Bookkeeper. I Have been tasked to do the following Task; payroll, bookkeeping, posting of figures to documents and ledger, reconciling balances, Bank reconciliations, Accounts Payable/ Receivable Aging, Preparation of Billing, Preparation of Vouchers, Invoicing, Recording and monitoring Expenses and Sales, entries, taxes and anything related to Accounting works. 
      
      I am a Virtual Assistant, I can do Administrative tasks like Internet Research, microsoft office, manage your GoogleDrive and Google Calendar, handle your Emails, set appointments with your internal/external clients through Emails and I am very open to using customer service and admin tools, preferred by clients as well.
 
     Also, I can do a ?basic task like; Data Entry with the use of Google Docs and
Spreadsheets. I am familiar with using QuickBooks and CRM software.
 
       I am Social Media Manager and Graphic Designer, I managing Fb Pages of our Accounting Business And Online Businesses, Create content using Canva, Edit Photos, Creating logo’s, Branding kit and Others.
 
      I have knowledge about Local and international E- commerce
like Amazon, Shopify, Etsy and Ebay. I can do product research, product
sourcing and product listing.I can build shopify store and I also have
knowledge using tools like Junglescout, Helium, keepa, Amazon FBA calculator,
Oberlo, and etc.

      Lastly, I am Accountancy graduate with (6) years of actual experiences in the field of Financial Accounting, Business Administration and Bookkeeping.
 
 
    I am a Team player, Hardworking, Fast Learner, Exciting to work with, Passionate, and Eager to learn new things. I work well both independently and collaboratively. I have a positive attitude and take ownership of the task to which I am assigned. I am a responsible person that’s why I have no problems focusing on the tasks at hand to provide fast, accurate results. I have excellent communications skills and attitude at work. Aside from that, I am a loving and responsible wife whose main goal is to earn and provide additional income to my family using my skills.
