I am here to help your office get organized, have a continuous cash flow from insurance companies while your office staff focuses on patient care! I have been working as a dental assistant for the past 3 years, and I have a strong understanding of the dental industry. I am also proficient in using a variety of dental software programs. Part of my experience was working with MetLife Dental Insurance for more than 5 years. I am also proficient in customer service (10 years experience)
In my previous role, I was responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:
Greeting and scheduling patients, Preparing patients for treatment, Assisting the dentist with procedures, Assisting the hygienist in recording numbers for periodontal chart, Maintaining the dental office, Sending out new patient forms, reminder texts, dental release forms, Sending electronic prescriptions, Sending and Following up on claims, Sending out pre-treatment estimates, Insurance Verification, AR Billing, Creating Treatment Plans, Creating EOD Production Reports, Payment Postings, Credentialing etc.
I am a highly organized and detail-oriented individual. I am also a team player and I have excellent communication skills. I am confident that I have the skills and experience that you are looking for in a Dental Virtual Assistant.
