Profile Description

I have more than 11 years of experience in administrative/clerical work. I am an open-minded and flexible person that makes me communicate effectively and relate well with other people from various walks of life and
from a variety of culture, economic and social backgrounds. I have since then maintained a healthy professional relationship with my colleagues and upholds a proven record of reliability, punctuality and responsibility. I possess good attention to detail and the ability to effectively multitask.
I am pretty good at MS office tools such as MS word, excel, powerpoint, publisher, visio and outlook. I am also knowledgeable in preparing monthly accruals as well as in preparing invoices and raising purchase orders using the CHEOPS tool. Aside from CHEOPS tool, I also have a relevant knowledge in using Concept Evolution, a CAFM system (computer aided facilities management) that
enables a user to raise , update and close work orders.
