Profile Description

I was working for about 4 years as a technical support rep. We helped customer's having issues installing their software and provide basic trouble shooting steps.
I also have experienced working  as a customer service representative in one of a US healthcare account for about 3.7 years. I'm pretty much familiar on insurance terminologies, our dept. provide assistance/information to healthcare providers on patients
benefits and claims. Currently working as a healthcare collection specialist.
I am willing to undergo training and can work with minimal supervision.
