-This was 2 years ago, I've been working with an online store since march 2021 until now. 

I've been with the BPO industry for three and a half years, handling customer service and sales for telco accounts. The last one is with VXI global holdings where I stayed for 2 years providing customer service to AT&T customers, while trying to talk them into switching their cellphone service over. Then I was awarded as a top 2 agent for the year 2019 and as a top agent for the last quarter of the same year, and that's out of almost 2500 agents. I also understand the value of punctuality and Upgrade to see actual info fact, I was only late once and for the the duration of 2 years.
