You might know me as a cold caller, appointment setter, and telemarketer for a real estate, insurance company, digital marketing agency, gym and fitness, mortgage and insurance, and accounting firm. I have used different kinds of CRM and dialers and can easily adapt to any application similar to these. I can effectively use the calendar at any time zone in the US, respond to emails and text messages in the CRM, and handle inbound and outbound calls with confidence and of a natural tone using the script and spiels provided to convert every call into sales! I maintain my cool and never give up on inbound calls as CSR, related to customer care and complaints.  I believe my working experience seasoned with expertise through time can create results and contribute to your team!
