Profile Description

I've been working as a virtual assistant in a real estate
company for almost 8 years. My years of experience has equipped my skills and
knowledge particularly in online ad posting, searching FSBO leads from zbuyer,
zillow, trulia, redfin, craigslist and more, CMA, Comparables, email marketing,
data entry, audio transcriptions, credit repair, making an MLS offer and
property management and more. , I am adept in performing a variety of
administrative operations, such as listing and transaction coordination and
online listing updates. I also tried Preparing Listing Agreements, Purchase
Agreements, and Disclosures. I experienced Coordinating and performing diverse
marketing responsibilities, including creating print advertisements, flyers,
and open house materials and mass mailing. I am proficient in Microsoft Office.
I am knowledgeable with CRM management, Skip tracing leads and effective client
service strategies. I am flexi type of person so any task will work for me as
long as there is proper training and a good mentor as well.
