As
an e-commerce virtual assistant, I will help you handle customer inquiries pleasingly,
and will be the first communication for
customers. I will be the one answering to all the emails and
will be the face of your online store.
Apart from this, I will also support you handle shipments, mark
orders as dispatched, provide customer service and browse through comments and
reviews posted by customers about your business.  Learning
about products to determine if you can sell them successfully on Amazon through
product research, knows how to use
keywords on Amazon that can help focus your research and ensure them to drive
targeted traffic that’s going to convert into sales, further increasing client’s
products' visibility. Finding good quality products to sell on Amazon
from trusted and reputable suppliers at good prices. Track inventory levels, sales,
deliverables, and orders that are made on Amazon international marketplaces, and making
sure your Amazon product page is set up to attract new visitors, and convert
shoppers into sales.
