I also worked as a , reservation sales agent for Intercontinental Hotels Group where I take in calls for hotel reservations and for 2 years a MBS&S Global Content Manager Coordinator where we troubleshoot hotel websites,hotel reservation systems and handle /fix error /rejects purged reservations,gives me the unique ability to work on fast paced environment where I can display accounting,finance, facilities, inventory control, budgeting, vendor management and various operational processes which are needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
