My job responsibilites involves on the following: - Upload new product listings and maintain an accurate product catalog across various platforms, including e-commerce websites, marketplaces, and internal systems. - Ensure product information is complete, accurate, and up-to-date, including product descriptions, images, specifications, and other relevant details. - Collaborate with the product management and marketing teams to gather necessary product data and assets for uploading and updating. - Conduct quality checks to ensure the consistency and correctness of product information, resolving any discrepancies or errors promptly. - Perform regular audits to identify and rectify data inconsistencies, missing information, or outdated content. - Monitor competitor pricing and make price adjustments as required to remain competitive in the market. - Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate pricing information is reflected in internal systems and invoicing. - Collaborate with the IT team to streamline and automate product data management processes, improving efficiency and accuracy. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to product data management and e-commerce platforms. - Provide support to other teams, such as customer service and sales, by addressing product-related inquiries and ensuring accurate information is available.
