Recognition in guest perspective is very important, they want people to know who they are & what they likes. They feel more welcomed and at ease when people knows their names, as if they are really at their home. That is why my role is very crucial in the daily hotel operations when it comes to guest engagement. I served as the brain of the hotel, relying important & delicate information about guest, who they are, what they like, purpose of visits and the like. I am the one filtering all the guest arrivals for the next 7 days, capturing who are the top VIP’s coming , preparing and planning an elegant and classy amenities for them and cascading information to the other departments involved so that prior to guest arrival, everything is properly arranged. I served as a guardian angel of guests, as I am the one responsible to give them all the information about the hotel, the activities they can join, the restaurants they can dine with and the facilities that they can enjoy. I am responsible as well for special occasions. I make sure every single guest who checked-in and celebrating their special occasions , will received a special /romantic decorations in the room with a personalized touch from our team.
