Hi,
I have been a customer service representative and technical support representative in a BPO industry for almost Upgrade to see actual infow. Prior to that i also worked as a telemarketer for a year. Because of these, i was able to maintain a delivery of high standard of service. With the past BPO companies i worked with, i am one of the members who contribute to the success of the team, i've been awarded several times by the client. I'm sure and i will do my best to apply it in your company too.
I'm confident in my ability to make anything I put my mind to success. I work quickly, confidently, and efficiently because I love what I do and it is my passion. I'm extremely motivated and a great manager of time.
