-Plan Review and Value Engineering
-Cost evaluation and monitoring of procurement of materials
-Site Estimate
-Prepare and review material submittals
-Manpower handling and distribution
-Testing and commissioning of piping and ducting systems, chiller, pumps, cooling towers, air compressor, fire protection system, fans, and etc.
-HVAC, fire protection, and plumbing/sanitary design.
-Consideration of CAPEX and OPEX budget of the client during design.
-Report preparation for technical and management meetings.
