My first job was a Customer Service Representative handling Telco accounts. I answered customer’s
bill inquiries, assisting in changing their plans and offer plans. I also handled Travel account. Then I became a Sales Representative US account dealing with
Post paid mobile plans. After that I switched to banking. Still currently working as an Account Specialist handling credit cards. Been with the bank for more than 6yrs, I handled Premier bank accounts, credit cards, loans. I also handled KYC account for Hongkong clients.
For my skills, I am a customer oriented individual, I always make sure that I am giving the best service to my clients since I am handling a Premier clients. I am looking for something good in any Upgrade to see actual infow I wanted to explore a new career as a virtual assistant.
