Profile Description

I have worked for multiple clients and with different variety of tasks. I work as a customer service representative. I answer live chats, emails, tickets, and phone calls. Here are some of the tools I used for the CSR tasks: Zendesk, Zoho Mail, Gmail, Facebook Page (Messenger), Instagram, Twilio. I also work as a Shopify admin, I add products to the store, fulfill orders (shopping easy and oberlo), and deal with suppliers (alibaba and aliexpress). I also know how to use photoshop and Canva for baasic graphic designs, I also edit videos. I also work as a data entry agent, most of my task is lead generation for real estate and credit repair. I also worked as an HR assistant and recruitment. I look for candidates with good qualifications, conduct interviews, provide them examinations and provide what they needed all throughout the hiring process, and follow up on their application making sure that they are still interested in the job offered. My favorite thing about being a virtual assistant is I am very comfortable working at home. I also work as a Customer Service Representative in 3 different companies before such as Comcast and Expedia for 5 years.
