I worked in a Rental Property Management Company as their Real Estate VA For Dyersburg and Jackson, TN.

- I am highly skilled in managing work orders and service requests.
- I am handling work orders and effectively coordinate with both owners and  contractors to ensure seamless operations.- I manage listings (using Zillow)-Sending Emails-Setting up Appointments / Schedule Viewing (using Tenant Turner)-Follow up with the owners for approval of any maintenance request before dispatching.-Follow up with tenants and vendors to ensure work orders are getting done.

Also, I worked in the BPO industry as a Customer Service Representative, some of the tasks I've handled, but not limited to are
the following:
-handled incoming calls
-answer emails
-process orders
-process payments
-collection/billing
-set up a payment arrangement for delinquent accounts
-upselling
-creating case reports to resolve an issue
