I have a total work experience for more than 6 years now.2 years  in BPO industry as a customer service in billing and technical support and  4  years working as a VIRTUAL ASSISTANT with different role like customer service in sales, cold calling for real estate campaign, a customer service in retention,  I manage SMS and emails for retention and I'm doing outbound calls and inbound calls.
And the previous job that I've been with for over a years was I do onboarding with a business owners to set up there GHL account, teach them how to manage their CRM, how to manage email, SMS and calls, where to set up there Automation and creating landing pages, website, and more.
