Years of working in various fields in customer care has given me the opportunity to experience first hand, the challenges of interacting with different people with different attitudes.
However, it has taught me to be patient and be more dedicated in reaching out to them. Providing the best customer care, enriching them with the values that come with full customer satisfaction are my goals.
I believe that the main ingredient to achieving excellent customer service is to be able to understand their issues. What's the main concern and how do I feel about it? Knowing these two and being able to answer them is the key to customer satisfaction. I am good at it.
