Builds and maintains relationships with owners and residents, both existing and potential.Arranges for all open houses to be attended by potential residents.All executive administrative, property management, bookkeeping, and record-keeping tasks are carried out independently.Moving in and out, renewing leases, and general communication with landlords/owners, tenants/renters, and creditors/traders.Manages all paperwork and filing for renters, rental properties, and property owners.Maintains a record of all work orders, assigns maintenance and follows up on maintenance requests.
